Supplier Success Executive (B2B Account Management)- Mumbai

We have an excellent opportunity for the position of Supplier Success Executive.  The main goal of the Supplier Success Executive is to ensure we build the best relationship and offer excellent service to our suppliers to create a happy supplier base for Nivoda and make suppliers refer Nivoda to other suppliers. This position will be working closely with the supplier sales team and IT team and fulfilment team to ensure all the suppliers are live on the platform and they consider us as one of their important customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calling 80-100+ suppliers every day to remind them to upload the stock on Nivoda

  • Manage 500 supplier accounts

  • Coordinate with the Tech support team and Supplier sales team

  • Bring back the Expired stock live

  • Pass on the queries to the KAMs


Requirements

  • 1-3 Years of Experience in sales and calling suppliers

  • Excellent Communication Skills

  • Must have: Excellent command in English and Hindi

  • Nice to have: Good command in Gujarati
