We are looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard all the gemstones suppliers in the world. The ideal candidate should be a team player, highly motivated, analytical, strategic and creative with excellent experience in building a good network and partnering to grow Nivoda’s seller community.

Job Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to onboard all the gemstones suppliers in the world. Nivoda’s growth has more than tripled in the last 12 month and we are searching for a motivated individual to join our Supplier Management Team. This position will be directly reporting to the Head of Supplier Management and will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve the sales targets by effective daily, weekly, monthly planning and executing
  • Drive sales by onboarding all the sellers in the world
  • Build proper sales process and strategies to hit the numbers regularly
  • Support new business initiatives and think out of the box for ways to increase the seller base


Requirements

  • 3+ years experience into domestic (Thailand) and International sales (gemstones)
  • Proven track record of hitting targets regularly, successfully managing the sales cycle from planning to closing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Driven individual with superb leadership qualities
  • Gets work done, follows through on tasks
  • Experience with CRM softwares
  • Excellent in Excel and numbers
