As an Account Manager at Nivoda, you will be responsible for taking over customer accounts, driving reactivation and account growth, as well as cross-selling new product releases from our innovative product team. You will be part of a dynamic team of Account Managers, working collaboratively with a global network. Your role will involve close collaboration with customer support and business development teams to create a seamless customer success function.

What you’ll do:
- Customer Engagement: Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Account Reactivation: Reviving accounts and nurturing relationships with customers. Ensuring our customer base is up to date. Discovering long term solutions for reactivated accounts.
- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identifying opportunities to expand product offerings to existing clients.
- Customer Settlement: Ensuring smooth customer onboarding and pushing settlement.
- Account Growth: Developing strategies to grow and maximize the potential of customer accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with customer support, business development, finance and product teams to drive customer success.
- Feed Implementation: Assisting in feed implementation and pushing new users to add this feature to their business model
What you’ll need:
- 1 year experience in a commercial environment or SaaS sales experience. Jewellery knowledge is a significant advantage.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- A-player mentality.
- Self-starter and motivated attitude
- Adaptability and desire to learn new skills and push the boundaries
Nice to haves:
- Previous Account Management experience
- Experience in a B2B environment, preferably in SaaS
- Background in / knowledge of the jewellery industry
