Head of Product- Fulfillment Operations (Remote)

Nivoda is looking for an extremely ambitious product management professional to support the continued growth of our global fulfilment operations. Reporting to the CPO, they will own a growing range of the product initiatives designed around scaling and automating a global fulfilment operation. You will be closely working with the Product team, Tech team, Operations team and Customer Experience team to help ensure a seamless customer experience.

Profile / Requirements

Should have a minimum 9+ years of experience working at an e-commerce tech company in the operations product domain as a product professional, business analyst or QA.


Systems thinker and proven ability to solve problems with past experience of process improvements, operational automation and supplier fulfilment solutions.

  • Has extensive research expertise and the ability to develop ideas and strategies.

  • Experience in analyzing data, running SQL queries, and generating relevant insights. 

  • Clear, effective written and oral communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders and customers. With knowledge of product scoping and user journey documentation.

  • High standards in delivering results. 

  • Ability to learn quickly and readily adapt to change

  • Hands-on experience with advanced Google sheet/excel formulas

  • Ability to access information using automated systems

  • Positive and solution orientated

  • Ability to work cross functionally 

  • Analytical problem solver

  • Great eye for detail

  • Fluent in English 






Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Take full ownership of a section of the Ful Ops Product roadmap including strategic thinking, prioritisation, and stakeholder management

  • Build and develop a team of Product Managers instilling best in class process and documentation

  • Write user stories and process flows, coordinate with the design, engineering, and ops teams to ensure the feature being developed is as per the requirements. 

  • Use data to determine improvements to existing products categories

  • Assist the CPO with product development strategy.

  • Owns team backlog by closely working with various stakeholders to execute against the goals defined by the CPO.

  • Working closely with the product managers and engineering to build, operationalise and automate tools and solutions to streamline Nivoda’s internal processes and operations. 

  • Monitor the performance of the category to ensure the quality of the product and customer satisfaction across all key inputs

  • Training the internal departments and stakeholders on new product features being developed.
