What you'll do:
  • Welcome clients and create a positive office environment.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are updated as necessary.
  • Create and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
  • Operate office equipment such as EPABX, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of promotional materials or events.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed, along with other administrative tasks.
  • Organize bookkeeping and, if necessary, issue invoices and checks.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings online for staff.
  • Ensure smooth travel arrangements and fulfill passenger requirements promptly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and maintain excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.


What you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive, with fluent communication skills in English.
  • Confidence, motivation, and resilience to effectively manage office tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize organizational performance and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
  • A graduate with strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
  • Proven track record in front office and administrative roles.
  • Experience in facilitating the setup of new office infrastructure is highly desirable.
