What you'll do:
- Welcome clients and create a positive office environment.
- Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they are updated as necessary.
- Create and manage documents and spreadsheets efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Operate office equipment such as EPABX, printers, scanners, and fax machines.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of promotional materials or events.
- Manage office supplies inventory and order as needed, along with other administrative tasks.
- Organize bookkeeping and, if necessary, issue invoices and checks.
- Arrange travel and accommodation bookings online for staff.
- Ensure smooth travel arrangements and fulfill passenger requirements promptly.
- Thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and maintain excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
What you'll need:
- 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist or front office executive, with fluent communication skills in English.
- Confidence, motivation, and resilience to effectively manage office tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize organizational performance and delegate responsibilities efficiently.
- A graduate with strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office.
- Proven track record in front office and administrative roles.
- Experience in facilitating the setup of new office infrastructure is highly desirable.
